Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the MealRoute website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you must not:
- Use the Service to place fraudulent or speculative orders with no intention to pay.
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or ordering.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

Orders and Payments
When you place an order through the Service, you will be required to provide certain information, including payment details. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your order at the prices displayed at the time of checkout. We may use third-party payment processors; your payment details are handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Delivery and Cancellation
While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated time, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or restaurant preparation times. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for being available to receive the order at the specified time. If you need to cancel or modify an order, you may do so before the order is confirmed with the restaurant. After that point, cancellation may not be possible, and you may be charged the full amount. Specific cancellation policies are outlined in our Refund Policy.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
